Pipe Organ

The Pipe Organ is singular in it being the only conventional instrument to be a building. Its design and acoustics manifest and depict space like no other instrument.

In The Books of Magra music ecosystem, these qualities of the pipe organ serve literal and symbolical functions in regards to architectural, spatial and ecosystem meanings and implications. 

"A Luminous Brocade" is the first piece to be performed live.

Performed on June 18th, 2024 by Angelique Po at St.Andrew's-Wesley United Church in Vancouver, British Columbia, a recording session occurred on June 22.
